PATH

 Hi, my name is Abby, 

And for the last twelve years I've been on a wild, beautiful, and sometimes terrifying inward path of self exploration. I've dug into societal, familial, and ancestral patterns that took up space in my body, my thoughts, and my beliefs. I've deconstructed fortressed walls that I built to protect my tender heart. I've reframed and reworded the stories I wrote about myself, about others, and about the world. And I've discovered that the further I dig down into the depths of myself, there's more and more beauty. More richness and life to be found. More wounds to unwind. More pain to be healed. But with that, a greater capacity to love and to engage with all of life with an open heart.

Journeying on this path feels like the most impactful thing I can do for myself, for my family, my friends, my community, and for the Earth.

Life is always unfolding and I'm dedicated to learning, growing, and challenging myself to deepen my self awareness, embody more love and integrity, heal my relationships, love and honor the Earth, expand my heart, show up in the world more authentically, and help others when I can.

I'm always taking new classes and courses, researching, and reading, but most importantly I'm working every day to practice, integrate, and live what I'm learning. In life, in my relationships, and in my work. And then meeting in community with people to practice, share, and celebrate.

Energy work is a potent and powerful practice, and I would be honored to accompany you on your journey of self-exploration.
